When I started working for Grenco in April 2007, I was half way through completing my NVQ level 2. 

I finished that in the summer and began the NVQ level 3 in September 2007, I completed that in the summer of 2008 and have recently begun my Foundation Degree course in refrigeration and air conditioning design and management. This is a two-year course, after which I am going to do an extra year to turn it into a full BA Honours Degree.

During my time at Grenco I have enjoyed working with numerous different people and within the last year have been working alone most the time.  This has posed lots of challenges and I am sure it will bring many more also. Throughout my time at Grenco I have also been involved with a skills competition. I came second in the UK Skills Fridge competition and believe I am on track to be the one to represent the UK in the World Skills Olympics in Canada, September 2009.

When I get my full degree qualification I would like to begin looking into the design and management side of the Company, whatever that may involve and wherever it may take me.  I always set my goals to a high standard and do everything I possibly can to achieve them.
