"As a qualified Electrician with 10 years' experience in the electrical trade, I decided to make a career change.  I applied to Grenco to train as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer.  To my great delight the Company accepted my application and I assumed my new career path.

After some years' service, I duly attained the status of Senior Engineer in the Company and decided I would like to progress into Management, a move which in recent years I have managed to attain.
