Ice Machines 

Geneglace produces highly efficient flake ice machines, available as small table-top units to large scale machines with capacities between 350 to 50.000 kg/24h. Geneglace's R&D team benefits from over fourty years’ technical experience. We pursue a policy of constant improvement and adaptation to customer needs.

Our designers assess the specific users’ requirements in order to calculate the capacity needed and to optimise the ice production/storage ratio. By combining the various production and storage modules into a modular set, we are able to offer a fully customised solution to each of our individual customer.

On Board Machines

Our ice generators are at the heart of the Geneglace technology. They are to be connected to an existing refrigeration system.
The reamer harvests the ice continuously. As the motion is slow and smooth it requires little maintenance.
 The Geneglace Ice Packs are complete assemblies ready for operation after connection to water and electricity. On-site installation is minimal. They offer increased production due to optimisation of the combined ice-generator/condensing unit.
Capacities vary between 180 and 30,000 kg of ice per day.
 The "on-board  machines" are designed to tolerate the rocking and pitching of the vessels and to withstand the particularly corrosive marine environment. Five models are available, in fresh or sea water versions, with production rates up to 6 tonnes per day.

Orbital silos hygienically store the flake-ice in ideal conditions.The fully automatic ice discharge system ensures delivery on demand, without the hassle of handling. The first ice produced is the first extracted (FI-FO system), The flake-ice supplied is thus of a constant quality, with no build up of hard lumps.
 These quality storage bins hold the ice in good conditions and are all fitted with a handy access function. Their elegant design was created for display in retail outlets.
 Combined with an ice-maker, the compactor transforms the flakes into blocks. 40 to 50 blocks of 25 kg each are pressed every hour automatically. Requiring little space, it enables the operator to either supply ice in flakes or blocks.
