Our Service department has undergone a major growth process over the last few years, with many new locations being added throughout the U.K. and Ireland. This continuing process allows us to operate on a truly national or international basis, but still retaining the comfort of quality local service support. Our success has been mainly attributable to the ability to create total service solutions based on partnership arrangements with our clients.

We can, through our sister GEA Refrigeration companies, offer full multi-national service and contracting support.

Engineering

With more than ninety highly trained technicians at our disposal in the U.K. and Ireland, this enables us to satisfy our national and local clients on a day to day basis. As we are a part of an international engineering group of companies, we can also facilitate global or pan European coverage.

We maintain and service a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems ranging from the large industrial Ammonia/CO2 systems to the small HFC air conditioning systems.

With the ever changing legislation and energy concerns associated with our industry, we ensure our clients receive continual support and advice to ensure they are both fully informed and compliant with the new regulations and innovations.

Coverage

We have strategically located our eleven regional offices to cover the main conurbations in the U.K. and Ireland. All offices operate on a 24 hour 365 days a year basis, which ensures we can execute all of our responsibilities professionally and efficiently.

Spares – Refrigerant

As we are a part of a large group of companies we offer a full range of both GEA spares and third party spares and refrigerant at very competitive prices. We only supply genuine manufacturer’s spares.

Administration

Our bespoke administrative system links all our offices to the central hub, which ensures efficiency and uniformity across all our regional operations.
